PLEASE SUBMIT DD FORM 214 FOR PROOF OF SERVICE
A DD Form 214 must be submitted prior to a work order being processed for each Cross.

These beautiful crosses will be displayed two weeks during May/June (Memorial Day) and two weeks during November (Veterans Day).
